Author Bio

Robert (Bob) Kim is a leading expert in education law and policy in the United States. Bob currently serves as an education adviser and consultant on civil rights and equity issues. Previously, he worked as Deputy Assistant Secretary in the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights, a senior policy analyst at the National Education Association, and a staff attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California.
