Adam Collins, PhD, is a coauthor of Untangling Data-Based Decision Making: A Problem-Solving Model to Enhance MTSS, published by Marzano Resources in 2024 with Jason E. Harlacher and Jon Potter. He is also the author of Effective Bullying Prevention: A Comprehensive Schoolwide Approach. Collins is the founder of Envision Zero Bullying and has more than fifteen years of experience researching and implementing bullying prevention best practices at the school, district, university, and state levels.
He serves as the statewide bullying prevention manager at the Colorado Department of Education, where he led the creation of Colorado’s first statewide bullying prevention model policy and oversees a large grant-funded bullying prevention program. In this role, he also supports multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), connecting data-based decision making with schoolwide efforts to improve student outcomes.
