Dr. Jim Knight is a globally recognized expert in instructional coaching, professional learning, and effective teaching. He earned his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Kansas and is the Founder and Senior Partner of the Instructional Coaching Group (ICG), as well as a research associate at the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning. Over more than two decades, Jim’s research and writing have shaped the field of coaching and professional development, making him one of the foremost voices on how educators learn and improve practice.
