Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping rates?
Texas residents receive free shipping on orders up to $100. For all other U.S. orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Do you ship internationally?
We proudly ship to all 50 US States, however, at this time, we’re unable to offer international shipping from our website. If you contact us directly via email or phone, we may be able to work with you related to the costs associated to international shipping. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location, and quantities ordered. Need books faster than a caffeinated teacher before finals week? Give us a call and we'll be happy to discuss meeting your deadlines.
What if my order arrives damaged or I'm missing items?
While rare, damages do happen - and on large orders, its sometimes easy to miscount. All damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us immediately at qeporders@qepbooks.com or call 800-323-6787 so we can resolve the issue.

How do I place an order?
You can browse our catalog of educational books and resources on our website and add items to your cart. While we do not typically ship outside the USA, for customers outside the United States, please contact us at qeporders@qepbooks.com with the titles and quantities you'd like to order, and we can discuss availability and options including shipping charges.
What types of books do you sell?
QEP Books specializes in professional educational resources, including books on literacy, mathematics, science curriculum, leadership, and professional development for educators. We offer both individual titles and bulk orders for schools and districts.
Can I order books in bulk?
Yes! We welcome bulk orders for schools, districts, and educational organizations. Please contact us at qeporders@qepbooks.com or call 800-323-6787 for bulk pricing and availability.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Please contact us at qepsupport@qepbooks.com or call 800-323-6787 to discuss prior to sending anything back as a return.
With approval, books from the QEP Catalog may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. A 5% restocking fee (based on the dollar value returned) applies, provided books are in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Unfortunately Special order titles are not returnable.

What condition must books be in for returns?
Books must be in resalable condition to be eligible for return. This means they should be free from writing, highlighting, folded pages, excessive wear, or damage.
