Adam D. Drummond
Adam D. Drummond, EdD, is an educator, author, and professional learning leader with more than two decades of experience in K–12 education. He is the author of The Instructional Change Agent: 48 Ways to Be the Leader Your School Needs, a leadership book focused on culture, instructional planning, learner engagement, and community partnerships. Drummond has served as a consultant, manager, director, and keynoter for the International Center for Leadership in Education and works as an associate partner and author with the Center for Model Schools, a division of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
Over his career, Drummond has held multiple school- and district-level roles, including elementary and middle school teacher, K–12 technology integration specialist, elementary and secondary professional development coordinator, assistant principal, and principal. He has also taught as an adjunct professor in education and educational leadership at universities in Indiana and earned a doctorate in educational administration, along with a specialist degree in education, a master’s degree in student affairs administration in higher education, and a bachelor’s degree in education with a concentration in mathematics.
