Adam Grant
Adam Grant is an American organizational psychologist, popular science author, and professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he holds the Saul P. Steinberg Professor of Management title and also serves as a Professor of Psychology. He earned his BA from Harvard University and his PhD in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan, and he has been recognized as Wharton’s youngest tenured professor and a top-rated teacher in the school’s MBA and executive programs.
Grant is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of multiple books on work, motivation, resilience, and originality, including Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know, Hidden Potential: The Science of Achieving Greater Things, and Option B: Facing Adversity, Building Resilience, and Finding Joy (co‑authored with Sheryl Sandberg). His earlier works such as Give and Take and Originals have also been widely acclaimed, translated into numerous languages, and frequently named among the year’s best business and nonfiction titles.
