Adam Welcome

Adam Welcome is an educator, author, and keynote speaker known for his work on innovation and student-centered learning in schools. He has served as an elementary teacher, assistant principal, principal, and Director of Innovation and Technology in a large California school district, and was recognized as a “20 To Watch” by the National School Boards Association and as Principal of the Year in his region. He has also been named a Top 100 Influencer in Education by District Administration and is an active education blogger and podcaster.

Welcome is the co-founder of Kids Deserve It, a movement and bestselling book coauthored with Todd Nesloney, and he is the author of several other education-focused books, including Run Like a Pirate, Empower Our Girls, and Teachers Deserve It. As a national speaker, he has delivered hundreds of keynotes across the United States, focusing on creativity, innovation, relationships, and technology integration to better serve students and teachers.
