Alison Limentani

Alison Limentani is a children’s author and illustrator based in Cambridge, where she has worked as a veterinary radiographer at the University of Cambridge and as a freelance illustrator. She studied Children’s Book Illustration at Anglia Ruskin University and also has training and experience in animal-related fields, including animal behaviour, veterinary nursing, and companion animal behaviour counselling.

She is the author and illustrator of How Much Does a Ladybug Weigh? and How Long Is a Whale?, and she has also written How Tall Was a T. rex? and How Far Can a Kangaroo Jump? Her books use animal facts and comparison-based counting to introduce young children to measurements and numbers.
