Allison Posey

Allison Posey is an educator, instructional designer, and author focused on Universal Design for Learning and educational neuroscience. She is a Senior Instructional Designer and previously worked at CAST for 14 years; she has also taught science in middle school, high school, and community college settings, and currently teaches at Lasell University. She earned a master’s degree in Mind, Brain, and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

She is the author of Engage the Brain: How to Design for Learning that Taps into the Power of Emotion and Unlearning: Change Your Beliefs and Your Classroom With UDL.
