Allison Rodman
Allison Rodman is an educator, consultant, and author focused on professional learning and organizational capacity in schools. She is the Founder and Chief Learning Officer of The Learning Loop, an education consulting organization that provides professional learning design, facilitation, and leadership coaching services to districts, schools, nonprofit organizations, and businesses internationally. Her background includes experience as a teacher, instructional coach, school leader, director of teaching and learning, director of professional development, assistant principal, board member, consultant, and ASCD Faculty Member, which she draws on to support schools as learning organizations from multiple perspectives.
Rodman is the author of Still Learning: Strengthening Professional and Organizational Capacity (ASCD, 2023), which offers a framework for creating and sustaining learning organizations and includes a “Framework for Educator Capacity Building” organized around five disciplines: attunement, alignment, perspective, collective efficacy, and organizational learning. She is also the author of Personalized Professional Learning: A Job-Embedded Pathway for Elevating Teacher Voice (ASCD, 2019), and has written articles for Educational Leadership as an ASCD author.
