Amanda Cebula

Amanda Cebula is a leadership development practitioner and educator, best known as co-author of Your Leadership Edge: Strategies and Tools for When Everyone Leads with Ed O’Malley. She has worked extensively with the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC), serving as director of project development and business development from 2012 to 2017, where she focused on curriculum and product development and co-authored leadership resources based on KLC’s principles. In addition to her work at KLC, she has taught leadership as an adjunct instructor with Kansas State University’s Staley School of Leadership.

Cebula holds a Bachelor of Science in communication studies, with minors in music and leadership studies, from Kansas State University, and a Master of Arts in management and leadership from Webster University. Earlier in her career, she worked in higher education as an admissions representative at Kansas State University and as community relations coordinator for Webster University’s Ocala, Florida campus, before returning to Kansas to focus on leadership development.
