Andres Miedoso

Andres Miedoso is the author of the Desmond Cole Ghost Patrol chapter book series, including Ghosts Don’t Ride Bikes, Do They?, the second book in the series. He writes spooky, humorous stories for young readers narrated by a character named Andres, who teams up with his brave best friend Desmond Cole to investigate ghosts and other supernatural mysteries in the town of Kersville.

Across the series—beginning with The Haunted House Next Door and continuing through numerous titles such as Surf’s Up, Creepy Stuff! and Night of the Zombie Zookeeper—Miedoso’s books are illustrated by Víctor Rivas and have been recognized in children’s reading programs and awards lists.
