Andrew Fuller is an Australian clinical psychologist, family therapist, and author who works extensively with schools and communities in Australia and internationally, focusing on the wellbeing and resilience of young people and their families. He is the creator of the Learning Strengths™ framework and a leading proponent of neurodevelopmental differentiation, an approach that uses knowledge of brain systems and learning strengths to help students develop individualized learning plans and improve educational outcomes.
Fuller is the co-author of Neurodevelopmental Differentiation: Optimizing Brain Systems to Maximize Learning, written with Lucy Fuller, which explains how educators can use eight key brain information‑processing systems to support student learning through tailored differentiation.
