Ann Hoffman
Ann Hoffman is a senior consultant at Instructional Coaching Group and a professional development leader for the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning, with more than 30 years of experience in instructional coaching and teacher support. She was one of the first professional developers for KUCRL and one of the first consultants with Instructional Coaching Group, and she has worked with thousands of teachers, coaches, and administrators.
Hoffman is a coauthor of Evaluating Instructional Coaching: People, Programs, and Partnership and The Instructional Playbook: The Missing Link for Translating Research into Practice. Her professional recognitions include the Gordon R. Alley Partnership Award, the Strategic Instruction Model Leadership Award, and the 2017 Don Deshler Leadership Award from Instructional Coaching Group; she also serves as a founding member of the advisory board for the Belin-Blank Center for Gifted and Talented Education at the University of Iowa.
