Ann Mausbach
Ann Mausbach, PhD, is an associate professor of educational leadership and program director for Educational Leadership at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She has more than 30 years of experience as an educator, previously serving in K–12 systems as an assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, director of elementary education, director of curriculum, and coordinator of staff development. She holds a PhD from the University of Kansas.
Mausbach is the co-author of Leading Student-Centered Coaching: Building Principal and Coach Partnerships (Corwin, 2018), as well as School Leadership through the Seasons: A Guide to Staying Focused and Getting Results All Year (Routledge, 2016) and Align the Design: A Blueprint for School Improvement (ASCD, 2008). Her work focuses on educational leadership, systems change, and supporting principals and teacher leaders in aligning school improvement efforts with effective instructional practice.
