Art Kleiner

Art Kleiner is a writer, editor, and organizational-learning specialist. He served as editor-in-chief of strategy+business and as editorial director of Peter Senge’s Fifth Discipline Fieldbook series, which includes Schools That Learn. Kleiner has also taught at New York University, where he has been associated with the Interactive Telecommunications Program.

His other books include Who Really Matters: The Core Group Theory of Power, Privilege, and Success and The Age of Heretics: The Radical Thinkers Who Reinvented Corporate Management. He holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of California, Berkeley.
