Ashleigh D'Aunoy

Ashleigh D’Aunoy is the author of Strengths of Dyscalculia: Learning from the Lived Experiences of Twice Exceptional Adults, published by Prufrock Press in 2025. The book is based on original research conducted for her doctoral dissertation in cognitive diversity at Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education, where she earned the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in 2023.

D’Aunoy serves as Director of Enrichment, Innovation, and Talent Development at the Episcopal School of Acadiana in Lafayette, Louisiana, working to support diverse learners through a strength-based, talent-focused approach. Her work on twice-exceptional learners has also appeared in articles such as “Accidental Success: Discovering 2e in My Classroom” and “Effective Accommodations for Twice-Exceptional Learners,” published on the 2eNews website in 2021.
