Benjamin Hehn

Benjamin Hehn is the founder of NUMBEROCK, an educational media company that creates math songs and videos for elementary and middle school students. Hehn is an experienced public school teacher, having taught for seven years, including four years as an instructional lead teacher. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and studied mathematics education at Tufts University. He has also supervised student teachers from Tufts University and Harvard University.

In addition to authoring Math to the Music: A Numberock Workbook, Grade 4 and Math to the Music: A Numberock Workbook, Grade 5, Hehn writes and composes many of NUMBEROCK’s math songs, including pieces on topics such as place value, times tables, counting, and number concepts. His work combines songwriting with curriculum design to support engaging, concept-rich math instruction.
