Brad Sever
Brad Sever is an educator, school leader, and project-based learning expert, and the author of Sustainable Project-Based Learning: Five Steps for Designing Authentic Classroom Experiences in Grades 5–12. In this book, he outlines a five-step process for designing, implementing, and assessing sustainable project-based learning units that integrate academic growth with social-emotional skill development, drawing on his daily work as a practitioner.
Over his career, Sever has taught 7th- and 8th-grade social studies and has served as an instructional coach, project-based learning coach, and school administrator in both urban and suburban settings. He has been a member of the National Faculty at PBLWorks since 2010 and has led workshops across the United States on project-based learning, educational leadership, and deep learning.
