Brig Leane

Brig Leane is an education leader and author who specializes in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and collaborative practices in K–12 schools. He is the author of The PLC Dashboard: Implementing, Leading, and Sustaining Your Professional Learning Community at Work®, published by Solution Tree Press in 2025, which introduces a seven-step learning cycle and practical templates to help school leaders and teacher teams implement and monitor the PLC at Work® process. He has also authored Singletons in a PLC at Work®: Navigating On-Ramps to Meaningful Collaboration, extending his focus to educators who work in unique or one-person roles within schools.
