Brooke O’Drobinak

Brooke O’Drobinak, MA, is a secondary educator and school administrator with more than 25 years of experience in secondary education, including over 13 years in school administration at a high-functioning inner-city high school in Denver, Colorado. Her work centers on the belief that students and relationships are at the heart of school communities, and she emphasizes the importance of professional learning and leadership in supporting student achievement.

She is the co-author of _Teaching, Learning, and Trauma, Grades 6–12: Responsive Practices for Holding Steady in Turbulent Times_ (Corwin, 2020), written with Beth Kelley, which focuses on intersecting teaching, learning, and mental health to support adolescent learners experiencing chronic stress and trauma. In addition to her school-based leadership, O’Drobinak provides consulting services for Diane Sweeney Consulting, Corwin, and the Public Education & Business Coalition (PEBC), and works as a senior lead consultant supporting learning, teams, and culture.
