Bruce P. Eisenberg
Bruce P. Eisenberg is an educator and instructional coaching leader whose career in public education has spanned more than 47 years, including many years as a high school mathematics teacher where he designed and implemented curriculum for academically, musically, and artistically talented students. He has served as Associate Director of the Pennsylvania Institute for Instructional Coaching (PIIC) and later as Associate Director at The Professional Institute for Instructional Coaching, roles focused on statewide professional development and support for instructional coaches, mentors, and school leaders.
Eisenberg is coauthor of Instructional Coaching in Action: An Integrated Approach That Transforms Thinking, Practice, and Schools (ASCD, 2017), which details the educator‑centered instructional coaching (ECIC) model and its before–during–after cycle for collaborative planning, classroom visitation, data collection, and reflective debriefing. He has also worked as an educational consultant with Foundations, Inc., further contributing to professional learning initiatives for schools and districts.
