Cameron L. Rains

Cameron L. Rains, EdD, is an education leader and author who has served as vice president of strategic initiatives and director of school improvement for Solution Tree. Previously, he was assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction for Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation in Indiana, where he also worked as a teacher, instructional coach, director of elementary education, and director of curriculum and instruction.

Rains has coauthored Professional Learning Communities at Work® and High Reliability Schools™: Cultures of Continuous Learning, as well as Leading a High Reliability School, Stronger Together: Answering the Questions of Collaborative Leadership, Improving Teacher Development and Evaluation, and The High Reliability Teacher.
