Carol Pelletier Radford

Carol Pelletier Radford is an educator, author, and founder of Mentoring in Action, an organization dedicated to supporting novice teachers and their mentors. She is an experienced classroom teacher and university education administrator, and she received her education doctorate (Ed.D.) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she focused her studies on mentoring, teacher leadership, teacher professional development, and the role of cooperating teachers in teacher education. Over more than twenty years as a public school teacher, she has earned multiple teacher leadership awards, including the Christa McAuliffe Fellowship sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education. She is also a certified yoga instructor who integrates mindfulness and self-care practices into her work with educators.
