Carole Goodman

Carole Goodman is an educator and leadership coach who has co‑authored Great Assistant Principals and the (Great) Principals Who Mentor Them, a book focused on the mentoring relationships that support assistant principals’ development into effective school leaders. Her professional background includes extensive experience training and mentoring assistant principals, several of whom have advanced into principal and central office roles. She has also published multiple educational articles in national outlets and has been recognized with several local and national awards for her contributions to educational leadership.
