Lee is a New York Times bestselling author of young adult and middle grade fiction whose works include A Clash of Steel: A Treasure Island Remix, Coffeeshop in an Alternate Universe, and the acclaimed Sidekick Squad series. Their books have received seven starred reviews and have been finalists for multiple awards, including the Lambda Literary Award and the Rainbow Award, and they have been recognized on the American Library Association’s Rainbow List. Lee is known for writing queer-focused science fiction and fantasy for teens, and their work has been featured by outlets such as NPR, People Magazine, Teen Vogue, Wired, Hypable, and Tor’s Best of Fantasy and Sci-Fi.
