Celine Alvarez

Céline Alvarez is a linguist and educator whose work focuses on early childhood development and education. After passing France’s state-school teaching examination in 2009, she conducted an education experiment from 2011 to 2014 in a public preschool in Gennevilliers, France, drawing on Montessori pedagogy, cognitive science, and linguistics.

Her first book, The Natural Laws of Children, was published in French in 2016 and later translated into English. It presents the educational approach developed through her classroom experiment and examines how children’s development and learning can be supported through appropriate environments and teaching methods.
