Chad Dorsey
Chad Dorsey is the President and CEO of the Concord Consortium, an education research and development organization focused on science, math, engineering, and technology learning. His background spans science, education, and technology, and he has taught science in classrooms from middle school through college while also leading educational reform efforts at the district and whole-school levels.
Dorsey earned a B.A. in physics from St. Olaf College and an M.A. in physics from the University of Oregon. Before joining the Concord Consortium, he led teacher professional development workshops with the Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance and worked on technology-embedded assessments; he also co-authored Uncovering Student Ideas in Science, Volume 3: Another 25 Formative Assessment Probes with Page Keeley and Francis Eberle.
