Cheri J. Meiners

Cheri J. Meiners, M.Ed., is a children’s author and educator known for her work on social and emotional learning for young children. She holds a master’s degree in elementary education and gifted education and is a former first‑grade teacher who has also taught education classes at Utah State University and supervised student teachers. She is the author of several widely used series, including Learning to Get Along, Being the Best Me, and Learning About Me & You, which focus on building social skills, character, and a sense of belonging in early childhood.
