Chin-Wen Lee
Chin-Wen “Jean” Lee, Ph.D., is an educational consultant and researcher specializing in gifted, twice-exceptional, and underserved student populations. She is the principal educational consultant at Beyond Inclusion Educational Services, where she supports exceptional learners, their teachers, and families across geographic and institutional boundaries, and she is based in Taiwan. Her interests include special student populations, educators’ professional learning, and program evaluation to advance the profession of education.
Lee is coauthor of Start Seeing and Serving Underserved Gifted Students: 50 Strategies for Equity and Excellence (Free Spirit Professional®), with Jennifer A. Ritchotte and Amy K. Graefe. Her scholarship also includes the article “Seeing and Supporting Twice-Exceptional Learners” in Educational Forum and “Growing Capacity in Gifted and Talented Education Through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM)” in the Kentucky Teacher Education Journal, as well as coauthored work on assessing the effectiveness of professional development in gifted education.
