Chip Heath

Chip Heath is an American academic and professor of organizational behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he has taught courses on business strategy, organizations, and business education. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford University. Heath has helped hundreds of startups refine their business strategies and messaging, and he lives in Los Gatos, California.

Heath is best known as the co-author, with his brother Dan Heath, of several bestselling books on ideas, decision-making, and change, including Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die (2007), Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard (2010), Decisive: How to Make Better Choices in Life and Work (2013), and The Power of Moments: Why Certain Experiences Have Extraordinary Impact (2017). Their books have sold millions of copies worldwide and have been translated into numerous languages, establishing Heath as a leading voice on why some ideas and experiences have extraordinary impact.
