The book outlines nine core employability skills and provides practical activities, instructional strategies, and resources to help secondary students develop the attributes needed to succeed in the modern workplace.
McBride has more than 30 years of experience in areas including education, individual and group counseling, workforce development, project management, and strategic growth. Her work emphasizes problem-solving and aligning development strategies with workforce readiness goals, drawing on expertise in counseling psychology and educational leadership. She serves as Chief Executive Officer of McBride Educational Consulting, LLC, where she focuses on helping organizations and educators support students in becoming confident, career-ready learners.
