Christopher Berry

Christopher S. Berry is co-author of Great Assistant Principals and the (Great) Principals Who Mentor Them: A Practical Guide, written with Carole C. Goodman and published by Eye On Education in 2011. The book is designed for principals and assistant principals to read together and focuses on the most common challenges facing assistant principals, offering practical strategies to strengthen principal–assistant principal relationships in support of students, staff, and parents.

Berry is also credited as co-author on later editions of Great Assistant Principals and the (Great) Principals Who Mentor Them, which have appeared in multiple formats and publication years. Publicly available sources emphasize his role in examining how school leaders can define the assistant principal’s role, address stakeholder needs, and improve communication between principals and their assistants.
