Curtis Jobling

Curtis Jobling is a British author, illustrator, and animation creator born in Blackpool, Lancashire, England, on 14 February 1972. He is widely known for designing the BAFTA-winning children’s television series Bob the Builder, as well as creating Frankenstein’s Cat and Raa Raa the Noisy Lion.

As a novelist, Jobling is the author of the Wereworld fantasy series, which includes Rise of the Wolf, Rage of Lions, Shadow of the Hawk, Nest of Serpents, Storm of Sharks, and War of the Werelords. His first Wereworld novel, Rise of the Wolf, was shortlisted for the Waterstones Prize.
