Dale Lumpa

Dale Lumpa is an experienced educator and author who has worked as a teacher and administrator at the elementary and middle school levels in Missouri and Colorado for about twenty years. He has served as an elementary school principal, sat on the board of directors of the Colorado Principals’ Center, and taught classes in effective leadership and teaching strategies as an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix. Lumpa has also presented at state and national conferences on topics such as effective discipline, classroom management, and positive strategies for principals and teachers.

As an author, Lumpa co‑wrote Great Quotes for Great Educators with Todd Whitaker, a collection of motivational and reflective quotations for teachers and school leaders. He is also a co‑author of Motivating and Inspiring Teachers: The Educational Leaders’ Guide for Building Staff Morale (including the second edition), written with Todd Whitaker and Beth Whitaker, which provides practical strategies for improving and sustaining teacher morale in schools.
