Dan Britton

Dan Britton is a speaker, writer, coach, and trainer, best known as coauthor of One Word That Will Change Your Life and its Expanded Edition, written with Jon Gordon and Jimmy Page. He has coauthored multiple books including WisdomWalks, True Competitor, Called to Greatness, and related “One Word” resources such as One Word for Kids, Life Word, One Word Journal, and Daily Wisdom for Men. A former professional indoor lacrosse player, he competed for four years with the Baltimore Thunder and earned All-Star recognition.

Britton has spent more than three decades with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), serving in senior leadership roles such as Executive Vice President of International Ministry and Training and Executive Director/Chief Field Officer for international ministry expansion. He later founded and serves as president of SportsLife Leadership, focusing on building sports communities and speaking to companies, nonprofits, sports teams, schools, and churches. He lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife Dawn; they have three adult married children and grandchildren.
