Dana Renner
Dana Renner is an assistant superintendent of Stillwater Public Schools, with more than 20 years of experience in education spanning roles as a teacher, instructional facilitator, assistant principal, head principal, and director of human resources. She has worked in large urban and suburban districts and at all levels from preschool through high school, and as a principal she led Central Middle School to Model PLC status.
Renner is a contributor to the anthology Charting the Course for Collaborative Teams: Lessons From Priority Schools in a PLC at Work®, writing on topics such as adopting a ten-day collaborative cycle and understanding data in priority schools. Her expertise includes continuous school improvement and school turnaround, the PLC at Work® framework, common formative assessments, data analysis protocols, and supporting diverse student populations through collaborative structures focused on student achievement.
