Dara R. Fisher

Dara R. Fisher is a scholar and practitioner of international higher education whose work focuses on cross-border partnerships, organizational culture, and the localization of global educational institutions. She earned an Ed.D. from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education and has served as an associate dean at Hult International Business School, where she oversaw master’s programs in international marketing and finance.

Her book, Education Crossing Borders: How Singapore and MIT Created a New University (MIT Press, 2020), examines the decade-long collaboration between MIT and Singapore’s Ministry of Education that led to the creation of the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
