David K. Hatch

David K. Hatch is the Global Director of Strategic Initiatives for FranklinCovey Education. According to FranklinCovey Education, he has consulted in the corporate, government, and education sectors, and his work has taken him to more than 35 countries; his leadership assessments have been used by millions of leaders worldwide.

He is a coauthor of Everyday Greatness with Dr. Stephen R. Covey and was the lead researcher for both the first and second editions of The Leader in Me. Additional biographical information identifies him as holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach and a doctorate in social-organizational psychology from Brigham Young University.
