David Kasperson is the co-author of Trust and Inspire: How Truly Great Leaders Unleash Greatness in Others, written with Stephen M. R. Covey, McKinlee Covey, and Gary T. Judd. He has played a central role in FranklinCovey’s Global Speed of Trust/Trust Practice for more than fifteen years, serving as Director of Speaking and Business Development and focusing on high-trust leadership solutions for clients worldwide.
Kasperson is widely described as an expert on trust and high-trust leadership, having consulted with, coached, and presented to leaders and organizations—including Fortune 500 companies—in more than twenty countries. He has been deeply involved in designing and delivering offerings such as Leading at the Speed of Trust and the Sundance Executive Workshop, and frequently speaks and teaches on topics like the 13 Behaviors of High-Trust Leaders and the “trust tax vs. trust dividend.” He holds BA and AA degrees in Communication Theory and Practice from Utah Valley University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
