Deb Page is the co-founder, president, and CEO of The Institute for Performance Improvement (TIFPI), established in 2010 to provide training and certification for professionals who facilitate collaborative performance improvement across education, business, nonprofit, and government sectors. She holds professional credentials including CPT (Certified Performance Technologist), CPIF (Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator), CFCS, and HPLJ, and has led research with Dr. Judith Hale on the practices of highly effective facilitators of collaborative improvement, resulting in validated performance standards that underpin the Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator™ and Certified School Improvement Specialist™ certifications.
Page is a published author whose work focuses on systematic, collaborative approaches to improvement and implementation. She co‑authored The School Improvement Specialist Field Guide, 2nd Edition with Dr. Judith Hale and Dr. Jean Quigg, and is a co‑author of Facilitating Shared Success: The Practical Guide to Leading Collaborative School Improvement (Solution Tree, 2025), written with Hale, Quigg, and Dr. Kayla Duncan. In addition, she authored The Performance Improvement Facilitator Playbook, a practical guide for facilitators leading improvement initiatives across sectors.
