Deborah Owen-Sohocki

Deborah Owen-Sohocki, M.S., LPC, is a licensed psychotherapist, author, international teacher, trainer, and coach specializing in Adlerian psychology. She is a senior Master Trainer with the Positive Discipline Association, a certified HeartMath® trainer, and the founder of Regenerative Living LLC. Since 1972, she has worked with learners from early childhood through high school, as well as with adults, and has trained Positive Discipline practitioners and educators internationally.

Owen-Sohocki co-authored Positive Discipline: A Teacher’s A–Z Guide with Jane Nelsen, Linda Escobar, Kate Ortolano, and Roslyn Ann Duffy. She served as co-chair of the Positive Discipline Association’s international board from 2013 to 2015.
