Dr. Andy Parker, Ph.D., is an education leader, speaker, and author with more than three decades of experience teaching students and leading schools and districts in the United States. He serves as Owner, Vice President of Talent Development, and Louisiana State Director at Bailey Education Group, an educational consulting organization where he focuses on leadership development and coaching for schools across Mississippi and Louisiana. His background includes work as a high school English teacher and extensive leadership roles supporting school and district leaders.

Parker is the author of Building Brilliant Schools: What G.R.E.A.T. Leaders Do Differently, published in 2021 and described as an international best-seller in the field of educational leadership. He has also developed a companion resource, 50 Tools to Build Brilliant Schools, designed to provide practical strategies aligned with his G.R.E.A.T.
