Dr. Courtney L. Teague is an executive coach, learning strategist, and performance improvement expert known as “The Uncommon Coach.” She is the founder and CEO of CLT & Associates, where she works with organizations on leadership development, coaching, and performance improvement. Teague has served in multiple roles in education and learning, including positions with Digital Promise’s Verizon Innovative Learning Schools initiative and the Digital Equity team, where she has led internal professional learning and coaching efforts. Earlier in her career, she worked as a special education teacher, technology training integration specialist, and digital learning system administrator.
Teague is the author of The Uncommon Coach: A micro-workbook for designing the life you love and How to Win Students and Inspire Them, and her writing has appeared on Forbes.com as a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She holds a Doctorate in Instructional Technology and Distance Education and an Education Specialist in brain-based teaching from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Public Administration from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in collaborative teaching/special education. She is also a certified International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach and a Prosci-certified change practitioner.[
