Leo Bradley

Dr. Leo Bradley, Ed.D., is a full professor and chair of the Educational Leadership/Human Resource Development department in the College of Social Sciences, Health, and Education at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. According to publisher and book listings for The IEP Checklist: Your Guide to Creating Meaningful and Compliant IEPs, he previously spent 30 years in public school education as a teacher, high school principal, curriculum director, assistant superintendent, and superintendent.

He is the author of numerous journal articles and six educational leadership books focused on Total Quality Management curriculum, outcomes assessment, and school law.
