Eleanor Adam

Eleanor Adam is an education writer and consultant who co-authors practical resources on systems change, coherence, and governance in school districts. She is a co-author, with Michael Fullan and Joanne Quinn, of The Taking Action Guide to Building Coherence in Schools, Districts, and Systems, a hands-on companion to Coherence: The Right Drivers in Action for Schools, Districts and Systems that provides protocols and tools to help educators build deeper coherence for improved student learning.

Adam also co-authored La cohérence: Guide pour passer à l’action, the French-language action guide that supports implementation of coherence-focused educational change, and she is a co-author of The Taking Action Guide for the Governance Core: School Boards, Superintendents, and Schools Working Together, a practical workbook that extends the governance framework developed in The Governance Core.
