Eleanor Drago-Severson
Eleanor (Ellie) Drago-Severson is a Professor of Education Leadership and Adult Learning and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University, where she also serves as director of the Ph.D. Program in Education Leadership. A developmental psychologist, she focuses her teaching, research, and consulting on leadership that supports adult growth and development, capacity building in schools and systems, and coaching and mentoring for educators and leaders in K–12 schools, universities, and other adult learning environments in the U.S. and internationally. She holds a B.A. from Long Island University and an Ed.M. and Ed.D. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she also completed a postdoctoral fellowship.
