She is the Director of ReimaginedSchools and co‑developer of the Learning Progression Model (LPM), a research‑backed, strengths‑based assessment framework that de‑emphasizes traditional grades in favor of descriptive feedback and developmental pathways for student growth.
Naramore is the co‑author of Going Gradeless: Shifting the Focus to Student Learning (Corwin, 2021), written with David Frangiosa, which outlines an alternative approach to grading and assessment in secondary classrooms.
