Elizabeth Agro Radday

Elizabeth Agro Radday, Ed.D., is an award-winning educator and the director of research and innovation at EdAdvance, a nonprofit Regional Education Service Center in Connecticut. She has worked in education for nearly 25 years, including 16 years teaching mathematics and special education in middle and high school classrooms in Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Radday was a Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching recipient in 2015–2016, spending six months in Finland studying schools and student choice. She holds a doctorate in teaching, learning, and curriculum from the University of Pennsylvania.

Radday is the author of Learning They’ll Love: Engage Students, Meet Standards, and Spark Creativity with Personal Interest Projects, which focuses on using Personal Interest Projects to connect academic standards with students’ passions. She has presented nationally and internationally on personal interest projects, capstone learning, and artificial intelligence in K–12 education, and she co-hosts ChatEDU, a podcast about AI in education.
