Elizabeth Dampf

Elizabeth Dampf is a practicing education administrator in the Chicagoland area and the author of _Am I Cut Out for This?_ An Educational Leader’s Guide to Navigating Self-Doubt. She has served at both the building and district levels and is identified as the Director of Professional Learning at Round Lake Area Schools 116. She has also written for Educational Leadership and contributes to the ASCD blog.

Dampf holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and, according to a podcast profile, earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as well as a Master of Arts in School Improvement Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University. ASCD describes her book as drawing on her experience as a veteran school administrator to help leaders navigate self-doubt and build confidence.
